1933 John Player & Sons Horse Racing Cigarette Cards, Framed Set of 10, Derby and Grand National Winners

A charming vintage display of 10 illustrated horse-racing cigarette cards from John Player & Sons’ Derby and Grand National Winners series, issued in 1933. Each card features a notable racehorse, commemorating winners of the Epsom Derby and Grand National from earlier decades. Featured horses include Rubio, Signorinetta, Durbar II, Gagalia, and Gainsborough.

The cards are arranged in two columns against a decorative brown backing and presented in a wood-tone frame, making this a lovely piece of British sporting and tobacco advertising history. A distinctive display for collectors of equestrian memorabilia, vintage cigarette cards, horse racing history, or traditional British antiques.

Condition: Vintage condition with age-related toning and wear to the cards and backing. The frame has no glass. Please review photographs carefully for condition and detail.
