At Millie & Co., we take great care in packaging each order to help ensure your items arrive as safely as possible. Due to the unique nature of our vintage and antique inventory, shipping requirements and costs may vary from item to item.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. This includes standard shipping charges, as well as any additional costs required for special packaging, protective materials, oversized or unusually shaped items, and other shipping-related requirements.

Some items may require additional packaging materials or specialized handling due to their size, weight, fragility, or unusual dimensions. Any additional shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Shipping Charges

If additional shipping costs are required beyond the amount initially paid at checkout, Millie & Co. will make every effort to determine and communicate these costs as promptly as possible. However, calculating additional shipping and packaging costs may take up to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Any additional shipping and packaging fees must be paid in full before the order is shipped. Orders requiring additional payment will not be dispatched until all outstanding shipping costs have been received.

Packaging & Handling

We make every reasonable effort to package orders carefully and appropriately for shipment. Packaging requirements may vary depending on the item, and additional materials may be necessary to help protect delicate, fragile, or unusually sized pieces during transit.
